Important guest information

Since the 1st January 2024 a tourist tax of Euro 2,60.- per person (aged 14 years and older) per day, payable on departure is NOT INCLUDED in the rates.
The "MeranCard Lagundo Plus" is included in the rates!

Inclusive and extra services:
Our prices are per apartment and day based on 2-person occupancy.
For each additional person we charge 25,00 € per day.
2 x weekly towel change
1 x weekly bedding change

Children:
Children up to age 6: 10.00 € per day
Children aged 7 to 14: 17.00 € per day

Arrival and departure:
Your apartment is available for check-in on arrival day after 2 p.m.
On departure day, we ask that you check out by 10 a.m.

Payment:
You can settle your bill in cash (according to the Italian law only payments up to 3.999,00.- € can be settled in cash) or by credit card or ec-card.

Cancellation:
In case you cancel your stay up to one month before arrival, there won't be charges. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 8 days before arrival, we will charge 30% of the full price, in case of cancellations within the last 8 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the full price. In case of delayed arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge the full price for the booked arrangement. We therefore strongly recommend taking out supplemental holiday cancellation insurance.
